    Hello,

I am interested in developing a QtQuick compositor for Wayland, and have been looking into using QtCompositor because it allows one to develop almost everything in QML. However, something that concerns me is that it doesn't seem to be officially released yet, and on my computer, segfaults immediately about 50% of the time.

So, my questions are, is QtCompositor in a useable state for building a compositor? What is the release schedule for QtCompositor? And, what is still incomplete about QtCompositor? Is it missing features, buggy, or is the API still changing?

      Hi,

The forum is not the best place for that question, you should rather go to the qt-labs IRC channel and/or the interest mailing list
