Hi,
I'm trying to allow characters like umlauts "ÄÖÜäöü" or 'ß' in my QTextEdit, but it fails even when I try to type one of them in the QTextEdit's input field.
How can I change this behaviour?

What is your locale ? And keyboard ? OS ?
