    Basically, it's as the title says. I just tried to add another form to my project and I don't see any Qt-related item-templates. Creating and building a Qt-Project, by itself, works fine.

    I found numerous threads on this on other forums, none of which was replied to.

    Edit;

    Apparently, the uiItems folder within my Qt5VSAddin is not recognized. Though not important right now, the same applies to the qrcItems folder. The projects folder, on the other hand, is recognized. Creating the same directory-structure (projects had an additional 12.0 folder) does not change the situation.
