How to make QT designer to update the cpp file upon ui file changes?

I created a pushbutton and a label plus a slot in QT Designer, when returning to Visual Studio 2010,
ps: I am using the Addin, QT doesn't add/update the cpp file for the method of that signal/slot.
I've saved it already, seeing that slot reappeared in the lower right pane.
Any ideas?
