QtCreator EasyMotion Plugin

This plugin has similar functionality as the "VIM EasyMotion Plugin":https://github.com/Lokaltog/vim-easymotion. I also updated the plugin posted at "Plugin that adds tabs to QtCreator":https://qt-project.org/forums/viewthread/40107/. Original version does not compile for QtCreator 3.2. Now it compiles, and two shortcuts are added for switching between neighboring tabs.
