Qt Creator - Debug is not working. Mac OS X

Hi. I use latest Qt Creator, Qt 5.3.2 and Qt 4.8.6 on Mac OS X Yosemite.
Once I re-installed XCode and updated OS to latest version debugging stopped working.
It stuck on "starting debug", but release build works fine and qDebug() output is visible.
None of gui, console applications debug works on Qt 4.8.6 and Qt 5.3.2.
Debug is working only if I check "Run in Terminal" checkbox.
What should I do to fix it? Any ideas?

Thanks, I made this fix once I got those error, but debugging still not works.
I'll roll back to xcode 5 and hope it will fix issue for now.

Or look at the new Qt Creator 3.2.2

Is there some beta? I can only find 3.2.1 version
