Hi all,
I couldn't find an official page describing the current status of Bluetooth in Qt, but I found several threads saying that only Linux and a few mobile devices are supported. Is this true? What are the plans for the other platforms, specifically mac os?

The "QtBluetooth":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5/qtbluetooth-index.html module page shows where it's available and indeed, OS X and Windows are not yet on the list.
For the plans, you should ask this on the interest mailing list. You'll find there Qt's developers/maintainers. This forum is more user oriented.
