How create android widget on Qt?
-
is it possible to create Android widget using by Qt?
-
Yes it's just a regular widget
-
Or you mean this kind of Android Widget?
-
yes , I mean that kind of Android widget
-
I never heard that Qt supports to write Android widget. It may be possible if you develop your own application framework but it should be very time consuming.
Bundle an Android widget written by Java with a Qt application should be fine.

Have you got an example about widget?
Is possible to write a background application or start an application in background and then, by pressing the icon, show it? -

I was trying to find a way of creating Android widget with Qt. Since RemoteViews do not support any kind of rendering, my idea was to use the new "QQuickRenderControl":http://doc-snapshot.qt-project.org/qt5-5.4/qquickrendercontrol.html to render a QML scene off-screen and then show it as an image in the widget. It would also require some kind of custom input event handling as well.
I haven't tried this approach yet, but it looks like a custom modification of QtActivity might be needed to load Qt from the widget.
It's just an idea, but you could try it out.
