Get english Translation

Hi
My application is internationalized, however, in some circumstances I need the English version of the string no matter what translator is being used.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to achieve this?

Without details regarding the circumstances, some options I see, in the order of least to most effort are:

Don't mark the text for translation
Don't provide a translation for the text
Provide the same translation for all languages
