Is it possible to change svg Icon size and color runtime?

I have single color svg icons set in my resource, in tool bar they appear really small. Is it possible to change Icon size and color runtime?

See if you can convert the svg image to PixMap and set the same to tool bar.

I can, but then I'm not able to use UI designer to assign an icon. maybe that's the only work around. Thank you :)
