QPainterPathStroker is creating wonky outlines

I've created a QPainterPath with moveTo and lineTo. Then I used QPainterPathStroker to create a new path with the default settings. I'm rendering with QOpenGLPaintDevice. Here's what I get:

How can I get rid of the extra curves inside?
