Gstreamer 1.0 / VAAPI - Qt5.3.1

I am struggling to get QtMultimedia work with Gstreamer. I use Kubuntu 14.04 and need to use Gstreamer 1.0 to get VAAPI acceleration. But looks like QT 5.3.1 does support still old version of GST 0.10 only.
I have done tones of searches and configurations.
I know QT team has done some work on gstreamer 1.0 but is it only for QtWekbit ?
I am getting below errors from my code, using QML Video.
@(MainUI:21474): GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_object_ref_sink: assertion 'GST_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed
(MainUI:21474): GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_element_set_state: assertion 'GST_IS_ELEMENT (element)' failed@
When gst 0.10 is installed with ffmpeg codec it works, but no vaapi, since Kubunu totally mismatched the packages. So there is no way to get vaapi working with 0.10.
So question is, *does QT 5.3.1 fullly support Gstreamer 1.0 *and if yes, how get it to work, properly.
If you know other Linux distros where it works out of the box, gst, codecs, vaapi, with qt 5.3.1 please let me know as well.

No, Gstreamer 1.0 is not supported by Qt. I will not work, on any distribution. There are plans to bring that support, but as far as I know the implementation is not even uder way at the moment.
