Good Afternoon,
I looking for a tool like there is for Windows, called Qt Linguist, but I am not finding one, there is any ? Maybe similiar ? I was thinking to develop one if there is none :)

Do you mean Qt's Linguist tool ? If so just install it using Red Hat's package manager

It depends on whether you are using Red Hat distribution's Qt or one of the package from here. If it's one of the package, then it's already bundled with. Otherwise, you'll have to search a bit, sometimes Qt tools are separated and comes e.g. with the dev packages
