QtCreator - left menu bar

Hi,

I would like to emulate this menu bar :

I'm searching Qt source but can't find where this code could be, people mention FancyTabBar.h but I'm looking in my Qt directory and can't any file with this name.

Any help appreciated, now i'm using a QTabWidget but I don't like the result (can't write text under icon), see here:
