[Bug] very minor issue of text alignment on devnet home page

If you open the Devnet main page using Chrome, you will see the "Add an OpenID to your account" link displayed overlapping with the boundary of the profile box on the right. Can be repositioned.

I could test and reproduce this on FF too. On IE8 the link wasn't even visible ;-) and as usual IE rulez!

Thanks, I'll have a look. None of my tester accounts are without an OpenID added so I missed that. :/
