Qt 5.3.0 for Windows 32-bit (VS 2010, OpenGL, 593 MB) version
or the
Qt 5.3.0 for Windows 64-bit (VS 2013, 622 MB) offline version
from the Qt Project Download ?
I tried but it always failed.
