Run my exe file from outside of QtCreator

Hi guys...
I'm making an app with QtQuick i have some troubles when I try to execute the application from the Explorer... the exe file say that it doesn't find some dll. After that, I had copied all dll which the program told me in the same directory of the exe file, and when I try to run it, the program doesn't tell nothing, but it doesn't work...
I need to make that, because my app is a solution for a problem in my enterprise and I need to give it to all users which need it...
how can I do that ???
