QAudioDecoder and then... how to record again

Dear all,
in the multimedia module there is the QAudioDecoder that allow me to take a file, decode the audio and then elaborate the audio stream via QAudioBuffer...
but after I modified the audio stream adding my effects, how can I encode again and save on a file ??
I was expecting something like QAudioEncoder (that does not exists) ... so, then I tried to look up into the QMediaRecorder interface but I did not find any method for registering from an audio buffer created by me.What I miss ?? What is it the method to register a generated audio stream on a file ??
