How to integrate the database with the app?

i created a small software that use information stored in a database
but i don't know how to integrate the app and the database in one executable file.

no, the database is only for reading

Have you try add database file(i think you use Sqlite) as resource?

i'm using the resources system already
but the binary file cannot run standalone

So you need a static build application.
take a look: "deployment":http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-5/deployment.html

The static build is not mandatory. However a correct deployment is needed
