[QT 4.8] How to access DOM text area content from Qt
-
Hello,
This is my first post in the Qt Forum so just let me know if I do something wrong :)
My Question is quite simple, I need to access the content of the DOM textarea from Qt. (like that : "My Qt Keyboard in HTML Page":http://imgur.com/XKu6arM )
FYI : To send the char typed by the user to the textarea, I use the QCoreApplication::sendEvent(...) to the element which has the focus (parentWidget->focusWidget()). I think this is already the wrong way to do it (I could probably directly send it to the textarea but it was working this way until now).
Is it necessary to have an "id" or "div" in the HTML code to access this specific element (textarea) and get (and set) its content ?
So how could I access the textarea content from Qt ?
Thanks in advance for your answers.

AFAIK, there is no DOM structure behind QTextArea.

Actually, this is not a QTextArea but a textarea in the HTML side (See the attached link)

Nobody has any ideas ? :)
