    When I use "StartMenuDir" element in config.xml of Installer Framework it does not work in Windows 8.1.
    I expect that it should create specified category in Apps (by category) page in Windows 8.1.

    Is there any other way to create needed category in Windows 8.1 and install the application in it?

        Here it is:
        @
        <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
        <Installer>
        <Name>Cronvision Surveillance System</Name>
        <Version>0.0.1</Version>
        <Title>Cronvision Surveillance System Installer</Title>
        <Publisher>Cronvision</Publisher>
        <AllowSpaceInPath>true</AllowSpaceInPath>
        <StartMenuDir>Cronvision</StartMenuDir>
        <TargetDir>@ApplicationsDir@/CronvisionSurveillance</TargetDir>
        </Installer>

          The posted config.xml file does not create Windows Start menu folder "Cronvision" both on Windos 7 and on Windows 8.1.

          Any idea what could be a reason of this issue?
