Issue where the parent window of QAction is repositioned

Hi all. There is a strange issue where i tried to move the parent window of QAction popup menu. The QAction popup menu is opened based on old position. The screenshot is attached.
I have used Mac 10.9 retina. The issue occurs when an additional display is connected to retina display.
Do you know any way to fix the issue? It seems the only way is to reposition the popup action menus. -
