I know that under the LGPL I have to release the source code of my program to my customers, but what is the typical way to do this? I'm not going to email it to them or anything, I just feel completely lost. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'd appreciate any help.

I would make it available in the same manner I release the software to them. If they download it from an archive .tar.gz, just include the source. Or post an extra link. If you mail a DVD, throw it in there. If you keep it up on a repository, then just open the repository to your customers.
