No service found for - "org.qt-project.qt.mediaplayer" on building static

Hello in order to build static QT for Windows, I followed the next article.

Using QT vesion - 5.2.0. Operating System- Windows7
The problem is that it says - no service found for - "org.qt-project.qt.mediaplayer" on building.I searched the net, but no solution was useful. May be I'm not using them correctly because of some lack of knowledge of QT infrustructure, but anyway If someone could give me some intructions of solving of this problem, I would really appreciate that.

I followed this solution step by step. but didn't get a success. I compiled using mscv2012.
Qt 5.2.1
QCreator 3.0.1
Os win8 ×64
I don't have much knowledge in qt and can't imagine what i could miss. I need to have audio playback by Url, but i can't play any local mp3 as well.
