Best way to create hybrid app across platforms?

I have written an app in Qt. Most of the database side of the app is on the internet and I was initially thinking of using a web browser for viewing it. However it would be neater if the web side was accessed from within the Qt app.
This is OK in desktop environment, but I would also like it to work on tablets also. What would be the best way of achieving this? QWebView does not work on Android and iOS, so maybe I should just use the native installed browser, could this be incorporated into one of my app windows?
