I need to display a pdf document within my QtQuick Application. Is there anything like @QAxWidget@ which i can use with QtQuick application ?

That's not possible in QML, yet. You'll have to implement your own component for that, maybe with the help of "Poppler":http://poppler.freedesktop.org/
