    Pls check out above illustration of a custom widget with borders, and those 4 borders might be in different color/style/width, how could I make up such a widget. I know style sheet is quite straight to get it but I have to implement it all by myself.
    Thanks.

      You name 3 non-border elements in your illustration. Which 4 borders are you talking about?

      Are you referring to the contents margins?

        The border area was where those 4 borders would locate, maybe I didn't clearly describe it. I was just intended to zoom they in.

          As you said, you can use qt style sheet, check the documentation in qt assistant or the web, it cames with several examples, for example you can done something like:
          QFrame{
          border-xxx: value;
          }

            Unfortunately, I said that Qt style sheet would be not applied in my case. Then I turned to look for an alternative. In other words, how to implement such border style in common way?
            Thanks.
