Qt assistant 4.8.2 : how to navigate to the documentation pane with the keyboard?

Hi all,
A very silly question but I’m stuck: is it possible in Qt assistant version 4.8.2 to focus on the documentation pane with the keyboard, e.g. in order to be able to scroll the documentation using Page up/Page down ?
Put it differently do I have to reach for the mouse in order to select the documentation pane?

I don't know any official way to jump to the main documentation pane, but this should do what you want: [Ctrl+F] [Esc]

Nice trick, thanks! Actually I already use some variations of it in other programs but did not think of trying yesterday.
