I have two different projects with the same project name.

I run the first app in QT Creator, then exit the app and then exit QT Creator.
Then I load the second app in QT Creator and run it. It will run the First app instead. If I run QMake, do a clean and rebuild all, then the second app will run.

Why is it doing this? Is there something i can change in the project file to fix this?

      Hi and welcome to devnet,

Just an educated guess but: you are probably using the same build directory since both project have the same name. Thus on the first run no rebuild occurs so the executable is the old one.
