Embedding a WMV video onto a QML file

Hi,
I need to embed a Video file which is currently in WMV format into my project.
The intent of my project is to have my Rapsberry Pi read data from an electric bike which is used to power a miniature city. The video that i want to embed will be a presentation(Powerpoint) that explains the working of the complete setup.Can you guys help me with the required codecs needed and maybe even an example coding of how to embed this?
P.S. Im completely new to using Qtcreator and I have no background in programming or coding. I simply wish to help kids better understand basic scientific concepts, and the resource I have at my disposal are a Rapberry Pi model B installed with Raspbian.
