QT5 Intro app locks up

I downloaded the QT5 intro app and everytime I try to open the app I just get a black screen and nothing happens. A buddy of mine helped me get a log and the only error we can see that pops up is eglMakeCurrent:538 error 3002 (EGL_BAD_ACCESS). I am just looking for some help so I can get the app running. I wasnt sure if this was the correct forum to put this is, so if it isnt please let me know where to post it. Appreciate any help.

More informations are needed: What exact version of Qt are you using ? On what OS/platform ?
And do you have the latest OpenGL drivers ?
