    Hello all,

I'm looking for a workaround to the issue where QGraphicsSvgItems when rendered to an SVG file using QSvgGenerator have thick borders/outlines around them. This is related to bug https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-11409 but it doesn't seem to be moving forward so I'd like to check if anyone found any workarounds in the meantime.

Basically I load an .svg file into the QGraphicsSvgItem and then add to to a QGraphicsScene. I then use a QPainter from QSvgGenerator to save everything to an SVG file. Any ideas?
