Calling Innovators 2011 Contest question

Hi,
Can we develop Qt apps that make use of S60 Plugins such as APS, VOIP for the Qt 2011 Nokia Contest.
The information given in the contest is that , developers should make use of Qt SDK to develop and participate.
Please guide us on this.
