Mingw32 frozen or waiting ? ( i think race condition)

Please, dear guru, help me: in home i build static qt 4.8.5 from source - very well, without any mistakes and create project C++ - it's work!
I give config for build qt 4.8.5 (from source) from home and beginning in my work job. but get -
mingw32-make[2]: Leaving directory 'C:/qt/src/opengl'
mingw32-make[1]: Leaving directory 'C:/qt/src/opengl'
( two threads)
In home i have - intel b980 processor(win7 x64 ultimate) and in job - celeron e3300 (win7 x32 home)
I do - set SHELL=cmd.exe, mingw32-make -j0, -j1 -j2, -j3 and so on, BUT nothing changes. Repeatedly run - only change directory, but build is not complete. All config qt and mingw32 gcc 4.6.4 - from home, where build is complete and work very fine. Please help me!
