    Dear All,
This is my first e-mail in this forums. I'm very new in Qt. I hope I will be better by your valuable halps...

I just installed Qt 5.1.1 on Win7 64 bit. But code compilation is not working and also I can not run even simple window alone.

Error message : :-1: error: Qt Creator needs a compiler set up to build. Configure a compiler in the kit options.

What shoul I do? But I use Qt 5.0.2 on Debian and no problem.

    Regards,
    Mucip:)

Qt does not bundle the compiler by default (exception: Qt 5 MinGW package). You need to install the compiler on your own (or use the MinGW pack), and it has to be a matching compiler (if you have downloaded Qt for MSVC 2010, you need to have MSVC 2010 installed, etc.).

        Hi,
Thanks a lot for fast reply...

But I see only 32 bit minGW pack unfortunately.

Can I install 32 bit minGW Qt on 64 bit Win7 machine?...

        Regards,
        Mucip:)
