I have gotten hi dpi icons working in Qt 5.1.1 on a Retina MacBook Pro. I load two resource files, one named xxx.png and the other xxx@2x.png. I also need to set the application attribute:
app.setAttribute(Qt::AA_UseHighDpiPixmaps);
The documentation seems to suggest that a similar approach will work in Qt 4.8.5. I have loaded the two resource files, but I am not sure how to make the application aware. Is there a similar attribute I need to set?
