Where is my post? Is there a hold on a new post?

I wrote a long post (my very first) and do not see it anywhere.
I tried to find out if they are held for review by a moderator, as I know happens in some forums, but couldn't find that information anywhere.
My profile still says "0 written posts". I didn't want to submit it again (If I indeed did already).
So this is both a question and a test to see if this one shows up.
My other one was posted in "Tools".

Aha, I see this one IMMEDIATELY showed up as "1 written post" in my profile, so I am going to post the other one again. (Sorry if it's doubled).

Yep, now it's there. Don't know what happened the first time.
