Hello,
I have a right-to-left QComboBox, and whenever the scrollbar appears the items in the list are pushed out of view, by the same amount of space that the scrollbar occupies. Here is a screenshot:

System: Qt5.1.1, Windows7x64.

This looks like a bug. Did you check whether there's something about it on the "bug report system":http://bugreports.qt-project.org ?
If not you could open a new report providing a minimal compilable example that shows the bad behavior.
