My components need to be able to process both mouse and touch events, however this doesn't seem to be possible. The mouse area component only supports mouse and no multitouch and the multitouch area doesn't support mouse. I tried stacking the two on top of each other, hoping that one would catch mouse events and the other touch events, but whichever is on top obscures and blocks the other one.

Any ideas for a workaround for this problem?
