Assistant is slow to display in my application

Hi
My application uses QAssistant as the help viewer and works well on my development machine.
However, when I install the application on a target machine Assistant takes 30s to appear.
Has anyone else experienced this before?
Anyone got any suggestions as to why it should be slow on the target machine?
