What's the first QEvent after QApplication::exec() called?

To be clear, I was asking the event for QWidget.

perhaps either by reimplementing

@bool QWidget::winEvent ( MSG * message, long * result ) //this is a hook for widget's window procedure
@

or by installing an event filter, and responding to the first ever event dispatched to the widget without being interested in a specific event type

This is for Qt 4.8, I am using Qt 5.1, besides. I wanna to took the first event after the QApplication:exec is called. That's means the QWidget is working now.
