Remove qmake cache file when you upgrade to Mavericks

So I updated to Mavericks and the latest XCode 5 etc etc.

While working on one of my applications I did a make clean and then qmake but it was only later by chance I noticed that I am still using the old 10.8 SDK.

Remove the .qmake.cache file and then run qmake again to use the 10.9 SDK.
