I have downloaded Qt5.0.1 from below site
    http://download.qt-project.org/archive/qt/5.0/5.0.1/single/qt-everywhere-opensource-src-5.0.1.tar.gz
and i have installed it in two systems.

The problem is, on one system the WebKit is enabled , and other system it is not.
I found this in my /usr/local/Qt5.0.1/lib directory on one of the system.

    libQt5WebKit.so
    libQt5WebKit.so.5
    libQt5WebKit.so.5.0
    libQt5WebKit.so.5.0.1

the configuration options i used on both systems are

-glib -gstreamer -debug -egl -opengl es2 -opensource -confirm-license -qt-xcb.

How does it miss on other system?

Maybe webkit was skipped due to missing dependencies. Make sure you install all needed packages beforehand (see "this wiki":http://qt-project.org/wiki/Building-Qt-5-from-Git for reference).
