while executing my code in debugger mode i am getting the error

*Starting C:\Users\rajnish\Documents\qt\build-guitest\Debug\debug\guitest.exe...
The program has unexpectedly finished.
C:\Users\rajnish\Documents\qt\build-guitest\Debug\debug\guitest.exe exited with code -1073741515 *

the code had been complied without any errors but when click the RUN button i am getting the above error both in release in and debugger mode any idea how to over come this.
