Hi! There were many discussions about reporting tools. You can find them by search. There are many GPL versions too.
I am using "KDReports":http://www.kdab.com/kdab-products/kd-reports/ it is good tool but not CrystalReport's level
probably "NCReport":http://www.nocisoft.com/ closer to CrystalReports. -
