Hello, everyone

The Font of qtv4.8.5 is not sharp, And I can't find out "Sans Serif " by using qtconfig of qt v4.8.5.
Which font of qtv4.8.5 looks the same as "Sans Serif " that is used by the older version qt v4.8.2?
If there is no font looks the same as "Sans Serif ", How can I add the font "Sans Serif " for qtv4.8.5?
