Qt MaintenanceTool doesn't work on Windows - no repository set

When I try to run MaintenanceTool and do update or add components, it says that there are no repositories. I can probably add one manually, but don't know the address. Please help me with repository information.

What is your current installation? Are you by any chance using the old Nokia Qt SDK?

No, it's Qt 5.1.0 online intsaller.

Then it's probably a bug, but I can't confirm myself, I'm not using the SDK.

I don't have this issue on another PC with Qt 5.1.1 online installer. There's a "Qt Windows Online Repository" item in the list of repositories in the settings here.
