Receive Network Packet in qt.

Hi frnds i am new to Qt. I want to receive udp data sent by a device in my application. The device is sending following packet format every 1000ms.

1 header UNSIGNED CHAR
2 src id UNSIGNED SHORT INT
3 dest id UNSIGNED SHORT INT
4 data UNSIGNED SHORT INT

I want to read the data part and display in my application. How should i receive it please explain with code.
