Qt based Symbian phones - How to suppress the access point dialog!

Hi all,
I have this symbian app which makes tries to make http request when launched. On app launch, it asks which access point to use (wifi/3g data connection). This is annoying and I want to suppress this dialog and have some logic in the background so that app will automatically connect to whichever connection is available.
Please let me know if you know of something in this regard.
