[qml][android] Qt 5.1 and WebView
-
Hello.
I am trying to use WebView in my application.
QT += webkit in pro-file,
but when compiling I am receive “No module found (webkit)” error.
It is also happens, when I am writing QT += webkitwidgets.
This is my test project: https://github.com/39dotyt/android-qml-qt5-test. What am I doing wrong?

I think QtWebkit is not working on android yet and that's why not included.

The known issues page for Qt and Android states pretty clearly (http://qt-project.org/wiki/Qt_for_Android_known_issues)
bq. Qt for Android known issues in 5.1
General
WebKit is not supportedThere is a bug report in the Qt database "Create a WebView that uses the native browser engine":

Someone asked about the QtWebKit for android during Qt5.1 beta here:
http://lists.qt-project.org/pipermail/android-development/2013-May/000114.html
The answer was basically that they would like to add QtWebKit for Qt5.2, but made no commitment:

Hi,
could you please let me know what the current state of QtWebkit for
Android on Qt5 is? I can see that no Webkit is included in 5.1-beta1.
So, is there support planned for Qt 5.1 or 5.2? If yes, would that
include QtQuick 2.0 support?Hi,
While there is no solid road map for Qt 5.2 for Android yet, we hope to
support QtWebKit (with Qt Quick 2.0 support) in Qt 5.2.– Eskil
